Vrindaban and Agra Darshan Tour (At Delegates' Cost)

Delegate fee, Reception Committee Membership fee and Accommodation charges (non-refundable)

(i) Each participant will pay a Delegate Fee of Rs. 500/; or Participants seeking membership of the Reception Committee will need to pay Rs. 1000/- (it includes Delegate Fee + Non-AC shared room).

(ii) Accommodation will be provided for a package of 3 days (Oct. 22 afternoon to Oct. 25 afternoon) under two categories:

Non-Airconditioned shared room for Rs. 400/-, and Air-condlttoned shared room for Rs. 750/-.

Accommodation is available in:

(i) Sri Chitrakut Akhand Satchidanand Ashram at the venue of the Conference (Non-AC rooms);

Subject to availability, it will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. The three places are at a distance of 15 krns. from the Mathura Junction The hosts will make arrang ements to guide/take you to the venue in the organized transport. Those coming from Delhi by road are advised to take a left turn at the Vrindavan corner before Mathura. In case you are arriving at an odd hour or are unable to locate the hosts, group transport is available outside the station in the form of Vikram auto at a cost of Rs. 50/- per passenger.

Snacks or meals taken on October 22, available nearby, would be paid for by the delegates.
